Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We offer free shipping Australia wide for most of our items.

Please note, additional costs may apply if an item is shipped to a regional / remote location due to surcharges from our freight partners. Once you place your order, we will notify you via email / phone call if this is case. If you do not accept the additional charges, the order will be cancelled.

There are some regional and remote locations we cannot deliver to due to the absence of courier services and/or the high risk of breakage during transit. In either case, we will cancel the order and send you an email notification.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders will be dispatched between 1-5 business days.

Please allow an additional 7 business days for made-to-order products to be dispatched.

Delivery ETA:

  • 3-5 Business Days for East Coast Metro Areas
  • 5-10 Business Days to regional QLD, NSW, VIC & SA
  • 10-14 Business Days to WA, NT & TAS

Estimated delivery times should only be used as a guide only. Mirror Space will not be liable for any late deliveries. 

Please ensure there is someone ready to accept the goods on your side as FUTILE delivery charges will apply (plus a re-delivery fee) if delivery is rejected or location/site is unattended.

Damages:

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos to returns@mirrorspace.com.au. We will provide a refund, replacement, or make other suitable arrangements for you.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, altered, exchanged or refunded.

We may not be able to cancel an order if it's already in the shipping process. To speak with a customer service representative and enquire about cancelling or changing an order that's already been placed, please call Mirror Space on (02) 8007 4810 or send us an email at sales@mirrorspace.com. 

Returns:

Remer

  • We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases for Remer products.

Other Brands

  • Return claims must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery.
  • The customer is required to pay a restocking fee of 15% of the total invoiced sum and the return shipping cost.
  • The goods must be returned unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging.
  • Once the return is approved, we will issue the credit promptly. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to reach your account.
