Damages:
If your item(s) arrive damaged, we are here to help. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos to returns@mirrorspace.com.au. We will provide a refund, replacement, or make other suitable arrangements for you.

Cancellations:
We may not be able to cancel an order if it's already in the shipping process. To speak with a customer service representative and enquire about cancelling or changing an order that's already been placed, please call Mirror Space on (02) 8007 4810.

Returns:

If you need to return a product, we're happy to help. All return claims must be made to returns@mirrorspace.com.au within 7 days of the date of delivery.

The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and without any additional markings, stickers or tape. Our despatch team will carefully inspect the returned item to ensure it is saleable.

The customer is required to pay a restocking fee of 15% of the total invoiced sum and the return shipping cost. Once the return is approved, we will issue the credit promptly. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to reach your account.
