For added convenience, you can opt for a mirror demister upgrade. This thin heating pad, installed behind the mirror, ensures a clear, fog-free reflection, even in steamy bathrooms. Please note, the demister is provided separately and not attached to the mirror.

For glue-to-wall method, It is recommended to use double-sided tape in conjunction with the mirror adhesive. The mirror adhesive selected must be compatible with mirrors and neutral cure as some adhesives can damage the mirror backing.

Installation is acceptance of Thermogroup products. Installation of faulty warped, chipped or damaged products will void the warranty.

Care Guide For best results clean mirror with methylated spirits and water at a rate of 30% methylated spirits to 70% water. Do not use Windex or similar cleaning products.

Avoid getting water on the sides or back of the mirror as damage to the silver backing can occur. In coastal areas it is recommended to wipe around the edge of the mirror regularly to avoid salt build up that can cause silver creep.

This item will be delivered via Standard Delivery via our partnered couriers. Items will be delivered to the ground floor front door only.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders will be dispatched between 1-5 business days.

Please allow 7 business days for dispatch for custom mirrors.

For mirrors by Bisque Traders only, please allow up to 21 days for dispatch from payment.

Delivery ETA:

  • 3-5 Business Days for East Coast Metro Areas
  • 5-10 Business Days to regional QLD, NSW, VIC & SA
  • 10-14 Business Days to WA, NT & TAS

Please ensure there is someone ready to accept the goods on your side as FUTILE delivery charges will apply (plus a re-delivery fee) if delivery is rejected or location/site is unattended.

There are some areas we cannot deliver to due to a lack of courier services or high-risk of product breakage. We will cancel your order and contact you if this is the case.

Damages

If your item(s) arrive damaged, we are here to help. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos to returns@mirrorspace.com.au. We will provide a refund, replacement, or make other suitable arrangements for you.

Cancellations

We may not be able to cancel an order if it's already in the shipping process. To speak with a customer service representative and enquire about cancelling or changing an order that's already been placed, please call Mirror Space on (02) 8007 4810.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can return an item within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, undamaged, and without any additional markings, stickers or tape. Please keep in mind that we can only provide a credit for the returned item, minus a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping. We do not accept returns or cancellations for made-to-order products.

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date, let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.
