Shipping

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. We will process your order within 1 business day and advise if there are any items out of stock or on back-order. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders at sales@mirrorspace.com.au.

Please ensure there is someone ready to accept the goods on your side as FUTILE delivery charges will apply (plus a re-delivery fee) if delivery is rejected or location/site is unattended.

Policies

Damages:
All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@mirrorspace.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations:
Please note that we may not be able to cancel an order if it's already in the shipping process. To speak with a customer service representative and enquire about cancelling or changing an order that's already been placed, please call Mirror Space on (02) 8007 4810. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

Returns:
If you need to return a product, we're happy to help. Please keep in mind that we can only provide a credit for the returned item, minus a 15% restocking fee. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, undamaged, and without any additional markings, stickers or tape. Our despatch team will carefully inspect the returned item to ensure it is saleable. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Once the return is approved, we will issue the credit promptly.

Price Match Guarantee

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

DO's

• Wipe over gently with a dry cloth to ensure there is no remaining moisture.
• Protect your beautiful piece from hot surfaces with a quality cork-backed coaster, trivet or placemat.
• Always protect from cold or wet surfaces (like cups or glasses) which may mark the bone inlay with a quality cork-backed coaster or placemat.
  
• Wipe up spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth using a blotting motion.
  
• Always protect bone inlay from damage by ensuring items placed on top (like lamps and ornaments) have a felt backing.
  
• Maintain a moderate temperature around your bone inlay furniture.

DONT's

• Do not place anything wet or moist directly on your bone inlay furniture.
• Do not place anything hot directly on your bone inlay furniture.
• Do not expose bone inlay furniture to extremes in temperature or humidity.
• Avoid placing bone products in direct sunlight as UV rays can cause fading and damage.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning products or chemicals. Modern cleaners often have harmful bleaching or acetone based ingredients which can effect the bone inlay surface.
• Do not place near heating or cooling sources as extremes in temperature can cause the materials to expand and contract resulting in damage.
• Do not allow bone or resin pieces that are cemented together to soak in water as this will cause the adhesive to loosen.
